I would not recommend. They sent a "technician" . This guy did not know what he was doing. It's this problem, no it's this. Last straw, you need a new unit for over $3500.

I have a unique situation where I needed someone to come out and change the HVAC filter for an elderly family member living in my house in Temple every 3 months because I live out of state. After being let down by some other well-known Temple HVAC company that starts with an L-P, I called Temple Heat & Air. THEY WERE AMAZING. Did exactly what I needed. Were understanding of my situation and SO helpful. Came out the very next day. Did exactly what they said they were going to do (call me and let me know when the tech is on the way, tech would call me for payment when done and brought a filter with them). Jay, who was the tech, was awesome, amazing and understanding of our situation. L-P lost my service business from now on, and Temple Heat and Air will be my new AC company for my unit services. THANK YOU FOR BEING AMAZING AND STICKING TO YOUR WORD! They did not try to upsell my elderly family member and provided nothing more or less than they said they would. VERY DEPENDABLE and trustworthy!

Repair quote showed part replacement. They actually repaired part only, so home warranty would not cover and I had to pay $750.

Called Temple Heat and Air LCC and received prompt service. Steven was out to the house within about an hour and fixed my issues. Very knowledgeable and professional. Will use this business again.

Beware!!! I initially called in for a quote and the woman who answered said they could send someone over the next day. I met with Daniel the next day who was about to start working when I asked him I had just called for a quote and wanted to see it before I get surprised with a bill. He then proceeds to write me a bill on a blank sheet of paper with some other info on the other side. The bill ended up coming out to just about $1200. I told him that was a little too high and I would wait. He then informed me there would be a $70 service call. I explained how I did not see a fee on their website and the woman who I initially spoke to never mentioned as well. I didn't want argue with Daniel about it so I paid it and decided to call in. Before I left Daniel I asked him if he could write a quote on their letter head or an actual quote not just on a piece of paper which he did and was $1100. I called and explained how $1200 was way too much and how I wasn't aware of service fee. The woman told me the owner would give me a call back, After a few minutes the owner called and said he would take the price down to $900. I told him that I did not want to do the service and explained how on his website there wasn't anything about a service fee. He then proceeds to tell me he would waive it if I accept the service. I did not, after hanging up I decide to go back to their website to take a screenshot as I was just on there right before the call. Well after the call the website was taken down, If this is the way they do business I highly recommend finding another company.

These guys are awesome. Put a call and in 2 hour got AC fixed for a reasonable price given the short notice and type of work.

In my experience, they have been extremely professional, going above and beyond to provide both excellent product and service. I had an old dinosaur of a unit that finally had to be replaced. I researched reliability and value of various brands on Consumer Reports, which led me to Temple Heat & Air as a supplier of recommended unit. They were prompt, courteous, thorough, neat, and took time to explain the warranty options for unit. Follow-up has been excellent. I recommend this company.

Worst service I ever had! The guy who came to work on my air conditioner was clueless!! He kept asking me a million questions. You're the technician you're supposed to know these things, not be asking the customer. The customer is supposed to sit back and relax while the employee does the work. He kept asking me a million questions he should have known. Then he way overcharged me! 300 dollars?!!!! And he was being nasty saying my mother was my girlfriend and then he wouldn't take my check because it had a scribble on it. Worst service ever!!!!

I contacted Temple Heat & Air at 10:40 AM and put in a request for service with Becki. By 12:30 we had a new fan motor and capacitor installed and our office was cooling down! Our technician, Jeremy, did a GREAT JOB and worked through lunch to make sure we were back up and running! I can't say enough good things about Temple Heat & Air and its wonderful, helpful, friendly staff!
