They consistently gave us the run around for selling our house. Our realtor Kathy was extremely hard to get ahold of and frequently had "emergencies". They tried to talk us down from 225,000 to 165,000 on our house, based on the local selling prices of unrenevated homes, despite the fact we put 80,000 dollars in the house, even though they suggested 225,000 to begin with! Also, they got our key stuck in the lock box, and then didn't tell us they got it free until we called the boss asking for an update. They specifically told us it was still locked in there! Our realtor seemed like she had no idea what she was doing. She took awful pictures and never updated them, she didn't put our house on their website, she didnt fill out the zillow information, and she didn't put our house on the market until two weeks after we asked them to!

She told us that she had surgery, and that she was struggling with her husband's business, and then we posted this review on Facebook and they said her sister died. If all of this is the case, then her clients should have been handed off to someone else, not dragged along, losing value along the way.

One star is WAY too much. Not sure how these people sleep at night. Use any other company. Steer clear of these people unless you like being screwed. Then these would be your people. Sarah Reed, especially. She takes the cake.
