Move It Self Storage - Temple

I asked for a refund because I was going to move my stuff by the end of the day but they charged my card because they said I "enrolled on auto pay" and I asked the corporate manager if they can refund me back the money because I'll be moving in on the first of the month and there's no point of paying a whole month I even asked for a portion of the money back and they denied me saying it was my fault and they wouldn't accommodate to the customer. I wouldn't like to do business with a company who does not care about their customers.

I agree that All Season's was a great company. I stored a boat trailer there for many years. Incredibily smooth business relationship. But sadly, All Seasons sold their company to an out of state concern. Not the same at all. Within two months, they raised the price of my storage over 10%, canceled my automatic debit payment and instituted other policies that are strange. I am out of state and it is difficult to deal with them now. Move It probably really does mean Move It outta there.
