The ambiance is very relaxing rustic with a comfortable vibe.
When you walk in you are immediately greeted by the hostess. Our wait time was less than 10 minutes.
Every time we have dined here the food has been exceptional and made as we requested.
Our waitress Victoria Z. was on point and one of the best waitresses we've ever had! We've been all over the country and she was efficient while providing superb customer service!
We will be back!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 80215232Oct 12, 2023
I was visiting my aunt in the area and she wanted to grab dinner so we stopped in since its one of her favorite places.
The overall experience was just okay. We were quickly seated, but it took a long time for us to get service. When we did, our waitress kept forgetting what we requested or would take a long time to come back and check on us. Maybe it was her first time, but we just had a very unwelcoming experience.
We started with a queso to share, which I enjoyed. However, it came with just a handful of chips and we had to request more which as I mentioned took forever to get. The food was good, I had a filet mignon, which was just okay. I quickly wished I would have opted for the ribeye. The salad was good and the mac and cheese had to be my favorite.
I would only come back if my aunt wanted to, otherwise based on everything I mentioned I was just not impressed enough.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Alyson K.San Miguel, CA43203Jan 24, 2024
We've been here multiple times, it's always our "go to" for date night. Service from Billy was absolutely fantastic! We will be asking for him every single time we dine here. Ask for Billy! He was quick, attentive without being pushy, and just an overall great server in every way!
Thank you Billy and we look forward to dining with you again soon!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 16698286Jan 16, 2024
Longhorn steakhouse is your typical chain steak restaurant with cuts of beef that are OK and they're usually cooked within a few degrees of your request. Keep in mind this is not a high-end steak restaurant. It is a chain. That being said the bread is always delicious. It's one of my favorite things at this steakhouse. There are a large variety of appetizers and combination plates so you're sure to find something to please everyone in your group. The food came out relatively quickly and service was good. Unfortunately for us we had a brand new waitress who was maybe two days out of her training and she just seemed a little lost. She wasn't able to offer any opinions on what to get from the menu as she hadn't tried any of them and she wasn't able to help with our drink selection. There was a small hiccup (that was quickly resolved) when two of the meals came out and the third was delayed by about 15 minutes. Overall the food was good. The service was good and I would eat here again if I just was in the mood for a quick appetizer and some ribs.

Food was made to order. The Server was great and the drinks were amazing. The only thing is we waited 30 min to be seated for a party of two.

Food was good. Steak was fabulous!
Street corn is a no, for me here.
Get the cowboy ribeye for the best flavor! We had a server that was training and her name was Anna. She was awesome and very attentive.
No ambiance here at this chain, but the decor was awesome! This was a place we felt safe eating as far as chain restaurant food. The steak was absolutely better than expected! But definitely order up, NOT chopped steak or hamburgers!!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Josh R.Austin, TX18573Feb 19, 2024
0/5 this has been the biggest waste of money I've ever spent. Waited 25 minutes for a table with a reservation. Waited 16minutes for our server to come to our table. No bread. No green onions. No service. Manager came one time to take order and no one came back until our food came. 2.5 hours with terrible service. Would not recommend. This will be my last visit to longhorn steakhouse. Server only came to the table to take drink orders and drop off check. Never saw him again. They were also out of RIBEYES, stay away. Managers only comped our appetizer.

They don't take over-the-phone orders after 10 pm so if I arrive there at 10:59 pm I'm able to place an order where is the logic in that? And I placed an order after 10 pm a week ago lazy longhorns should change their hours or employees

It's been a long while since I hit up a Longhorn Steakhouse. When I saw this one in Temple, I pulled over to try a rib eye. First off, it was 4:40 and service was slow! There were 3 or 4 tables a couple of servers and a bartender. Who eventually acknowledged me, but put in the employees' food orders and a to go order before coming to my booth. The wait for my check was equally long. The price is fine, the portions are huge (what you expect from a Long Horn or Texas Roadhouse type joint), but the flavor was salt. That's it. Salt. And my 12oz ribeye was a good 3-4 oz fat and gristle. Over all, I would not go back. Next time you are on I-35, give this one a pass.

Been here twice already, both times w/ my co-worker Bama DC. He's from Tuscaloosa, he loves steak, he wears red everyday, and he really likes the Longhorn Steakhouse. Here's the low-down:
- Skip the Delmonico Steak. Lack of the "wow factor' and for $34 and it was underwhelming. Very disappointing and I won't get this again.
- The Chicken Wings here have always been good. Large, meaty, good seasoning, a must get. Bama DC loved the wingies.
- Salmon was good but portions don't match the premium price. It's a $12 dish but they charge you $17.
- Bread is free and it is good. Yes you must carb up here.
- Service has always been attentive and good here. Sometimes slow to get your food but good service.
On the 2nd visit the Ribeye was good.
Service by Erin was superb which made this a 4-star experience.-Helpful 6Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0
