She has so much experience and was able to recommend companies and help us arrange appointments. She kept us updated and guided us through every step of the process. We were selling during the holidays, and we had already moved out of state. We had to have our house leveled during the sale. It was so great that we had someone we could trust and rely on when we were so far away. Heidi is the best realtor we have ever had. She is honest, professional, knowledgeable, and just an all around good person. I highly recommend her and her team.

I worked with Carissa Chandler while searching for my new home.

Our list of needs for a home was specific, and my husband and my preferences on a home: other than cookie-cutter homes (still beautiful, but not our style).

Carissa took the time to discuss homes on the market and discuss with us our needs in a home. She took the time to sift through the market and cherry-pick the ones she thought might be the one. She allowed us plenty of time at showings to feel each house and imagine our stuff in it. Some of them were immediate "no's" and she had no problem just closing the door right then and there.

She showed us homes all over her area, from Killeen to Temple to Belton, and showed us digital listings at an even wider range. After about 20 "maybe" homes in person, we finally found the one, and she knew it, too!

She was thorough in creating the contract and ensuring it was moving and keeping up with a sharp timeline.

She showed up to closing to make sure closing went how it should, with no surprises for us or for the title company.

Overall, she provided a service that was personal and professional.

Tom Brautigan is highly recommended Real Estate agent from our experience.
First off I was an out of state Buyer and buying a historical home so this made the purchase so much more challenging than normal.
Tom and his entire team were excellent at getting back to me so quick and all times of the day and night. Tom went out of his way and above all expectation. I truly could not have closed this house if it was not for his experience and help.
The entire experience working with Tom and his entire staff also made me realize why I want to move to Texas as the hospitality and service is like no other.
